La presente Ley se aplicará en cuanto al divorcio, a los matrimonios civiles, y en cuanto a la separación de cuerpos y la separación de bienes, a los matrimonios civiles y católicos, tanto los que se celebren con posterioridad a su vigencia como a los celebrados con anterioridad a ella.

Ley 1 de 1976 · LEY 1 DE 1976, 19/01/1976, por la cual se establece el divorcio en el matrimonio civil, se regulan la separación de cuerpos y de bienes en el matrimonio civil y en el canónico, y se modifican algunas disposiciones de los Códigos Civil y de Procedimiento Civil en materia de Derecho de Familia.
