Artículo segundo. El gasto que ocasione el cumplimiento del presente Decreto se ará a partir del primero de enero de 1956 hasta el 31 de diciembre del mismo año, con cargo al Capituló 283, artículo 2867 del Presupuesto de Gastos para la vigencia fiscal en curso. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
