La Junta Asesora Del Ministerio De Guerra De Que Trata El Artículo 27 De La Ley 2ª De 1945, Quedará En La Sucesivo Integrada Así: Por El Ministro Del Ramo, Que Será Su Presidente Nato; Por El Secretario General Del Ministerio; Por El Jefe Del Estado Mayor General De Las Fuerzas Militares, Por El Director General Del Ejército Y Por El Jefe Del Departamento De Personal De La Dirección General Del Ejército

° La Junta Asesora del Ministerio de Guerra de que trata el artículo 27 de la Ley 2ª de 1945, quedará en la sucesivo integrada así: por el Ministro del ramo, que será su Presidente nato; por el Secretario General del Ministerio; por el Jefe del Estado Mayor General de las Fuerzas Militares, por el Director General del Ejército y por el Jefe del Departamento de Personal de la Dirección General del Ejército.

Parágrafo

Cuando la Junta Asesora deba estudiar ascensos de Oficiales de Aviación o de Marina, los respectivos Directores formarán también parte de la Junta, a que se refiere el presente Decreto, con derecho a voz y voto.
