Articulo 7º Suprímase la liquidación de tiempo para el reconocimiento de pensión cuando el Ingeniero muera por accidente de trabajo o por enfermedad contraída en el servicio. Si unos beneficiarios lo estiman más conveniente pueden optar, en caso de accidente de trabajo, por el pago de un seguro doble y establecido en el artículo anterior, pero con limitación al valor d« treinta y seis sueldos.
