Artículo primero . A partir del 1º de enero de 1982, reajústase en un veintiséis por ciento (26%) el incremento de salario por antigüedad que venían percibiendo algunos funcionarios del Departamento Nacional de Planeación en virtud de lo dispuesto en los Decretos extraordinarios 1046 y 1515 de 1978 y 305 de 1981.
