º Para desempeñar los puestos de Director General del Laboratorio, Director Técnico Científico, Administrador, Contador Pagador y Ayudante del Contador, nómbrase a los señores doctor César Uribe Piedrahita, Profesor Erich Martini, señor Roberto Morales Olaya, señor Angel J. Ramírez y señor Federico Restrepo H., respectivamente. El Auxiliar Técnico y el Químico serán nombrados por el Director General del Laboratorio, con aprobación del Ministro del ramo.

Parágrafo

Los empleados enumerados en este artículo devengarán los sueldos determinados por el artículo 4º de la Ley 27 de 1926.
