Agentes de aduanas y auxiliares. Las agencias de aduanas deberán designar los agentes de aduanas con representación de la sociedad y los auxiliares sin representación que actúen ante la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN). La agencia de aduanas deberá informar a la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN) la identificación de sus agentes y auxiliares.
