Las mercancías y productos existentes en los almacenes de la Zona, así como las descargadas en los cobertizos y patios, pueden ser rematadas en pública subasta con excepción de las mercancías extranjeras de prohibida o restringida importación. Salvo que para éstas últimas se obtenga la licencia respectiva.
