Cuando se trate de vehículos internacionales de tránsito por el territorio nacional para terceros países, el control de la carga por parte de la Aduana fronteriza se efectuará en forma rápida y simplificada, verificándose a la vista del documento presentado por el interesado, la naturaleza y estado de los embalajes, así como las marcas, números y cantidad de bultos. Igualmente verificarán la naturaleza de los vehículos y las indicaciones (número de motor y de serie, placa, matrícula, u otros datos) que permitan identificarlos, luego de lo cual autorizará el ingreso de dichos automotores al país.
