Prescripción de la acción de reclamación . Los términos de prescripción para las acciones que se derivan del contrato de seguro, contenidos en los artículos 1081 y 1131 del Código de Comercio o las normas que lo sustituyan o lo modifiquen, se hacen extensivas a los seguros ecológicos y se contarán desde el momento en que se tenga conocimiento del daño durante la vigencia de la respectiva póliza.
