ARTICULO 2.1.3.2.27 .- AFECTACION DEL PATRIMONIO. En caso de que la rentabilidad del fondo fuere inferior a la rentabilidad mínima, tal diferencia deberá ser cubierta por la administradora en un plazo no mayor a cinco (5) días comunes, afectando la reserva de estabilización de rendimientos o la parte restante de su patrimonio. El Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras completará la diferencia cuando no resulte suficiente el patrimonio de la administradora. La administradora deberá reintegrar al Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras las sumas que éste hubiere cancelado para alcanzar la rentabilidad mínima, de acuerdo con un plan de pagos que para el efecto deberá acordarse.
