Cuando los órganos de control fiscal adviertan por cualquier medio el quebrantamiento del principio de legalidad, podrán interponer las acciones constitucionales y legales pertinentes ante las autoridades administrativas y judiciales competentes y, en ejercicio de estas acciones, solicitar las medidas cautelares necesarias para evitar la consumación de un daño al patrimonio público, quienes le darán atención prioritaria a estas solicitudes.
