ARTICULO 111. Informes . Los resultados de las investigaciones de la Contraloría serán comunicados al concejo, al personero, al alcalde mayor y al jefe de la respectiva entidad. Si el contralor lo considera necesario por la naturaleza de ésta, las funciones a su cargo o el origen de sus recursos, dará traslado de sus informes a otras autoridades.
