Art. 1° Autorízase á la Gobernación de Cundinamarca para que celebre con The Bogotá City Railway O°. un contrato adicional a los de prórroga números 40 y 41 de 1900, entre el Departamento y la expresada Compañía.

Parágrafo

En dicho contrato adicional puede permitirse á la Compañía la elevación de las tarifas por pasaje de cada persona hasta á cinco centavos en oro.
