Elementos o equipos que son objeto del beneficio tributario previsto en el artículo 424 numeral 7. La Autoridad Nacional de Licencias Ambientales (ANLA), o quien haga sus veces, certificará en cada caso, los elementos, equipos y maquinaria que de conformidad con el artículo 424 numeral 7 del Estatuto Tributario, estén destinados a la construcción, instalación, montaje y operación de sistemas de control y monitoreo ambiental para el cumplimiento de las disposiciones, regulaciones y estándares ambientales vigentes.
