El incumplimiento al presente Decreto, dará lugar a la aplicación de las sanciones que prescribe la Ley. Corresponde al Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social vigilar y controlar el cumplimiento de las disposiciones contenidas en este Decreto, directamente o a través de las dependencias nacionales, regionales, inspecciones del trabajo y especialmente de aquellas encargadas de la inspección y vigilancia.
