Los Municipios podrán celebrar contratos o convenios con entidades administrativas de los Gobiernos, Nacional, Departamental y Municipales, para la realización de obras públicas o la prestación de servicios públicos. Los convenios o contratos a que se refiere este artículo, deberán ser coordinados por los Departamentos, Intendencias y Comisarías a los cuales pertenezcan los respectivos Municipios.
