Art. 16. En los juicios pendientes sobre bienes desamortizados será permitido al interesado proponer transaccion. En caso de ser aceptada por el Poder Ejecutivo, i aprobada por el Cngreso, el que ha hecho el denuncio, cuando éste era permitido por la lei, tendrá derecho al 20 por 100 del valor de la transaccion.
