º . Inspección y vigilancia. El Invima, para el cumplimiento de sus funciones de inspección y vigilancia, podrá contratar los estudios, investigaciones y análisis técnicos de todos los productos sujetos a registro sanitario, conforme a los criterios que defina la entidad.
