En ejercicio de la facultad de inspección prevista por el artículo 83 de la Ley 222 de 1997, la Superintendencia de Sociedades podrá conocer en cualquier momento la situación jurídica, contable, financiera o administrativa de cualquier sociedad comercial, con excepción de aquellas que se encuentren vigiladas por la Superintendencia Bancaria.
