º Modificase el artículo 6º del Decreto 497 de 1987, el cual quedará así: "ARTICULO SEXTO. El presente Decreto rige a partir del 1º de abril de 1988, o en la fecha en que sea publicado el decreto que adopte la planta de personal necesaria para que la Superintendencia de Sociedades pueda desarrollar las funciones aquí previstas, si dicha publicación se efectúa con anterioridad a la fecha señalada expresamente en este artículo".
