Art. 143. Corresponde al Gobierno fijar, oído el dictamen de los Consejos Directivos de las Facultades, las asignaturas que deben dictarse en cada una de ellas, así como aprobar o improbar los Reglamentos que deben darse para su régimen interno. Al ejercer esta atribución, el Poder Ejecutivo tendrá en cuenta que la enseñanza profesional debe ser clásica, severa y práctica.
