Las entidades deberán diseñar subastas para la realización de operaciones distintas de las previstas en el presente Capítulo, cuando las mismas no puedan efectuarse bajo la modalidad de interadministrativa o a través de los sistemas de negociación de valores. En todo caso, dicho diseño deberá contemplar los aspectos previstos para los diferentes tipos de subasta y subordinarse a lo señalado en el presente Capítulo.
