La incorporación de los empleados a la nueva planta de personal que se adopta en el artículo 2° del presente Decreto, se efectuará dentro de los sesenta (60) días siguientes a la fecha de su publicación, teniendo en cuenta lo dispuesto en el Decreto 1173 de 1999 y demás normas vigentes sobre la materia.
