A partir del 1° de enero de 1942, la Nación contribuirá con la cantidad de seiscientos pesos ($ 600.00) mensuales para el sostenimiento del Asilo de Mendigos de la ciudad de Santa Marta.

Parágrafo

Esta suma se incluirá necesariamente en los próximos Presupuestos, y será entregada a la Directora de la comunidad religiosa que regenta el Asilo.
