La Comisión de la Mesa se compone del Presidente, el Vicepresidente y el Secretario General del Consejo, y tiene las siguientes atribuciones: 1° Fijar el orden del día; 2° Actuar hasta el día de la instalación de la próxima legislatura de la Corporación, y 3° Cumplir los demás deberes que este reglamento le imponga y aquellos cuyo desempeño le delegue especialmente el Consejo.
