CONDICIONES DE LA ASIGNACION DE RUTAS. La resolución por medio de la cual se asigna una ruta indicará los puertos regulares, los puertos opcionales y la frecuencia o condiciones en que serán servidos. Así mismo determinará el sector o sectores geográficos a los cuales se les aplicará la reserva de carga, si ello fuere procedente. La frecuencia señalada en la resolución será la mínima a que el armador queda obligado.
