ART 264. El individuo que pretenda ser declarado patrono ó capellán de un patronato de legos ó capellanía laica, deberá entablar su demanda ante el Juez del Circuito en que estén todos ó la mayor parte de los bienes afectos á la fundación, y en caso de que este hecho se ignore ó sea dudoso, ante el Juez del Circuito en que se hizo la fundación.
