º Ningún funcionario de la Comisaría podrá efectuar gastos o contraer compromisos no contemplados en el presupuesto de gastos respectivo o en exceso del saldo disponible. Quienes actúen en contravención de esta norma serán personalmente -responsables de las obligaciones contraídas, sin perjuicio de las sanciones administrativas y/-c* penales que les correspondan.
