Esta Ley regirá desde el día 1º del mes siguiente al de su promulgación, salvo en lo relacionado con lo aumentos de las pensiones que afecten a la Caja Nacional de Previsión que solo regirán desde que el Estado apropie las partidas correspondientes a tales aumentos, y en todo caso, desde el 1º de enero de 1963. Desde la última fecha regirán igualmente los aumentos que afecten a los Departamentos y Municipios.
