° . En adición a las operaciones permitidas a las entidades autorizadas para expedir cartas de crédito a partir de la fecha se les autoriza para otorgar cartas de crédito stand by.

Parágrafo

Las cartas de crédito stand by que constituyan garantía en moneda extranjera deberán sujetarse a las disposiciones cambiarias correspondientes.
