Además de las previstas en el artículo 76 del Decreto 674 de 1976, son funciones de los Administradores de Impuestos Nacionales suscribir la correspondiente escritura, cuando se trate de constituir hipotecas a favor de la Nación para garantizar el acuerdo de pago previsto en el artículo 14 de la Ley 52 de 1977.
