º . EXTRADICIONES.En los casos de extradición que se hallaban en trámite en la Sala de Casación Penal y desaparecieron el 6 de noviembre de 1985, el respectivo gobierno deberá presentar nueva solicitud. Si hubiere reclamado detenido, será puesto en libertad si el respectivo gobierno no presenta nueva solicitud extradición dentro del término señalado en el artículo 742 del Código de Procedimiento Penal, contado a partir de la vigencia de este Decreto.
