Las Resoluciones Definitivas Sobre Fijación Y Reconocimiento De Auxilios Que Dicte La Junta En Cumplimiento De Este Decreto, Podrán Ser Apeladas Para Ante El Ministerio De Obras Públicas, Dentro De Los Diez Días Siguientes A Su Notificación
Decreto 1048 de 1946 · por el cual se reglamenta la Ley 92 de 1945, en cuanto concede un auxilio a los damnificados pobres por el incendio ocurrido en Manzanares (Caldas) el año de 1945, afectados en bienes distintos de edificios o habitaciones, y para la reconstrucción de la iglesia parroquial y casa cural de la misma ciudad.
