El numeral 4 del artículo 6° del Decreto 3227 de 1982 quedará así: 4. A las participaciones que posean los , bancos en almacenes generales de depósito o las compañías de seguros, reaseguros o capitalización en otras compañías de seguros, reaseguros o capitalización, siempre que el Superintendente Bancario se cerciore de que la sociedad que tenga el carácter de matriz, haya sido objeto de los mecanismos de democratización previstos en el artículo 28 del Decreto 2920 de 1982, cuando a ello hubiere lugar.
