En los contratos referentes a la rebaja del Arancel Aduanero para la compra, se estipulara la intervención del Gobierno para vigilar su exacto cumplimiento y los contratistas se sujetarán a poner a disposición del Revisor autorizado por el Ministerio de Agricultura y Comercio, los libros de contabilidad y comprobantes de operaciones.
