Las cuotas correspondientes al acuerdo deberán pagarse en la Administración donde tiene la cuenta corriente el contribuyente, En caso de que se pague en Administración diferente deberá acreditarse este hecho ante el funcionario competente de la Administración donde firmó el contrato de acuerdo de pago, dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes al pago. Si no cumple lo dispuesto en el inciso anterior, se dictará providencia declarando sin vigencia el acuerdo y ordenando hacer efectiva la garantía mediante los procedimientos establecidos en el Título XXVII del Código de Procedimiento Civil.
