Decreto 1585 de 2001 · por el cual se modifica y adiciona el Decreto 2620 de diciembre 18 de 2000, se modifican parcialmente los Decretos 1539 de 1999 y 1746 de 2000 y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Parágrafo

del artículo 22 del Decreto 2620 de 2000, quedará así: "

Parágrafo

Las postulaciones realizadas por las Organizaciones No Gubernamentales, incluidas las Organizaciones Populares de Vivienda, se realizarán a través de postulación colectiva. Su participación se podrá hacer mediante aportes no reembolsables, certificados por su revisor fiscal y soportados en los documentos contables del caso. Los aportes en tierra no urbanizada, en todos los casos se entenderán equivalentes, como máximo, al diez por ciento (10%) del valor de la solución de vivienda y se considerarán como ahorro previo."
