Cuando un comisionista de bolsa reciba el encargo de comprar o vender valores bursátiles, sin que se determine el lapso durante el cual deba cumplir la comisión, ésta se entiende conferida por el término de 15 días. Además, se presume que el precio de adqusición (sic) o de venta para el comitente será el que resulte de promediar las cotizaciones del respectivo título valor en dicho lapso, si no se han estipulado los precios máximo y mínimo por el cual debe el comisionista debe efectuar la operación.
