- Coordinación interinstitucional . Modificase el artículo 24 de la ley 336 de 1.996, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 24 . Las autoridades de Comercio Exterior y de Desarrollo Económico, antes de aprobar las importaciones, ensamble o fabricación de equipos deberán consultar las normas técnicas establecidas, y en caso de que estas no existan, los conceptos técnicos sobre tipología emitidos por el Ministerio de Transporte".
