ARTICULO 43 . Programa de Supresión de Empleos. - La supresión de empleos o cargos, en los términos previstos en el artículo anterior, se cumplirá de acuerdo con el programa que apruebe el Gobierno para ejecutar las decisiones adoptadas, dentro del plazo de un año (1) contado a partir de la fecha de publicación del presente Decreto.
