Artículo único. Apruébase la convencion consular celebrada por el Poder Ejecutivo con el Gobierno de la República de Costa - Rica, firmada por los respectivos Plenipotenciarios en la ciudad de San José de Costa - Rica, el veintiocho de febrero de mil ochocientos setenta i tres.
