º Copia de las escrituras de que tratan los numerales 3, 6 y 8 del artículo 3º, deberá registrarse en las Oficinas de Registro de Instrumentos Públicos correspondientes al lugar de ubicación de los bienes raíces, objeto de la participación o adjudicación. Si en la partición o adjudicación figuran derechos en sociedades comerciales, se inscribirán en la Cámara de Comercio del domicilio principal de éstas cuando fuere el caso de la misma manera se procederá cuando se adjudiquen bienes que por disposición legal estén sujetos a otra clase de registro.
