Rol y funciones de las Fuerzas Militares. Las Fuerzas Militares, en coordinación con las autoridades que hacen parte del Sistema Nacional de la Seguridad y Protección Marítima, apoyarán e intervendrán ante situaciones excepcionales que pongan en riesgo la infraestructura estratégica y crítica, de acuerdo con en el presente Título.Parágrafo. Las Fuerzas Militares ejercerán estas funciones, en coordinación armónica con las entidades que integran el Sistema Nacional de la Seguridad y Protección Marítima, respetando los principios de complementariedad, subsidiariedad y unidad de esfuerzo, sin invadir las competencias legales y operativas asignadas a otras autoridades.
