ARTICULO 25. Apropiaciones Presupuestales. - En los presupuestos anuales posteriores al de 1.993 se incluirán apropiaciones con destino a los Fondos de Cofinanciación de que trata este Decreto. Una vez se apruebe por el Congreso Nacional el plan plurianual de inversiones, las apropiaciones presupuestales guardarán armonía con lo que en él se disponga en relación con los Fondos de Cofinanciación.
