Artículo primero. Autorízase al Alcalde Municipal de Durania, Norte de Santander, para transferir a título de dación en pago, a la Cooperativa Cafetera de Durania Limitada, el lote de terreno que fue donado al Municipio por la misma Cooperativa mediante escritura pública número 150 de fecha 16 de diciembre de 1931, de la Notaria del Circuito de Durania, con destino al ensanche del edificio de propiedad de la citada Cooperativa.
