Los órganos de dirección, administración y vigilancia de la Junta, cuando tengan más de dos miembros, se instalarán y deliberarán con la presencia de la mitad más uno de los mismos. Si a la hora señalada no se encuentra quórum deliberatorio, se reunirá dos horas más tarde y el quorum se formará con la presencia de por lo menos un veinte por ciento (20%) de los miembros, siempre que el numero no sea inferior a aquel que señalan los estatutos.
