VIGENCIA Y DEROGATORIA. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, deroga el Decreto número 821 de 2017 con excepción del numeral 8.10 del artículo 8° y su anexo técnico, los cuales mantendrán su vigencia hasta tanto el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social expida la reglamentación correspondiente.
