Art ículo 7º la situación de las minas de carbón y depósitos de asfalto, petróleo, etc. á que se refieren el Código Fiscal y la presente Ley, respecto del litoral marítimo ó de los ríos navegables, en nada afecta los derechos que sobre esas minas ó depósitos se reserva la Nación ó puede establecer diferencias entre los varios yacimientos para los efectos de hacer posible su enajenación temporal ó definitiva, ó su explotación por contratos en condiciones especiales.
