° La resolución a que se refiere el artículo anterior será notificada personalmente al contraventor o al defensor de oficio, según el caso, y contra ella solamente procederá el curso de reposición, el cual debe ser interpuesto dentro de las veinticuatro (24 ) horas siguientes ala notificación, y resuelto dentro del subsiguiente día.
